About Bridges
Launched at Arizona State University in 2001 with funding from the National Institutes of Health, Bridges is a community-focused initiative to foster enduring, trust-based relationships within families. Bridges was developed by Dr. Nancy Gonzales and her team with the belief that every child and caregiver holds the potential to grow and thrive together. With over twenty years of science behind us, we aim to empower families with the skills, knowledge, and community support necessary to cultivate loving, independent, confident individuals, ultimately nurturing generations of responsible, caring, and fulfilled adults.
